Stressed Out

I’m in college and just started working a job as well. I have school Monday through Friday 8am-1pm, and I work Saturday through Tuesday 10pm-6am. I’m exhausted all the time. And most of my family and friends live in a different state. I’ve never felt more alone in my life and the more I’ve realized that I won’t be able to see my family as much since I’ve become an adult the more sad I feel inside. Its like all the goals and dreams I have seem pointless now, I hate that chasing my dreams means missing out on time with people I love. I just don’t know what to do anymore, but I have to find a way to deal with it. #PleaseHelpMe

1.Try talking to your boss for more flexible schedule to fit school. 2.Find another job. 3.be a full time student with maybe workstudy if offered. IF none of these work then sacrafice is what is happening. You will have to dig deep for what you want. It is not easy.. You could try going on walks yoga drawing writing different new things to enjoy or help you through hard times. This time is actually a great time…in the near future you will have this moment to prepare you for tough times….best wishes.

I hear you but, what if you try making friends so you will feel less lonely and have someone to keep you company, Also you can video chat your friends from back home and try looking at the bigger picture once you get the degree you want you will have many things going for you and vividly visualize your dreams by closing your eyes breathing in and out slowly and picturing yourself in your dream career it will keep you motivated .
