So I’m trying to gain weight and I’ve been told that I should stay away from cardio work outs but the inf is I’m trying to run track for my school and I’m very great at running and I hones,t y feel I could get a scholarship or could have if I started in my freshman year of high school but the thing is I’m embarrassingly underweight and only recently has it started to bother me but idk if I should focus on getting bigger or running. Also I’m not even sure which one is more important now to me. Any advice?
