In my college classes I’ve been having to present a lot in front of everybody. I don’t know if anyone can relate but when I’m up there, its like I can hear what I’m saying to the class but it sounds distant, compared to the loud thoughts in my head freaking out about being up there. My hands get shaky, I talk faster, and my chest feels super tight, and sometimes I forget to breathe a lot. I don’t know how to get rid of this anxiety. I don’t know why I’m nervous around people but I just want it to stop. If anyone has any advice, I would love to hear it.
